Ride Operations Assistant Manager Job in Fayetteville, GA

 

A family owned and operated amusement park in Fayetteville, Georgia is looking for a full-time Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will aid the General Manager in overseeing, supporting and controlling the day-to-day operations of the park.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee supervision of park employees
  • Manage guest expectations to provide a positive guest experience by accommodating guests’ reasonable needs with urgency and elevating special needs to General Manager in a timely fashion
  • Ensure all elements of the park are up to standards; report and follow through on issues until resolved
  • Assist in hiring, training and scheduling of employees
  • Provide immediate response to medical and other emergencies, acting as point person and coordinating follow-through
  • Complete special projects as directed

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Two or four year college degree preferred, or equivalent work experiences required
  • Minimum two years of experience in an entertainment center, amusement or theme park
  • Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and walking throughout the day
  • Must be available to work on weekends, holidays and nights as required
